Change Management

You will not reap the benefits of a new ERP system or revised business practices unless the users adopt the new system. This requires users to be comfortable using the application, which requires Training and Change Management activities.

Change Management is built into our methodology and is used on all of our projects. Our team will collaborate with you to provide Training to the end users, including programs such as Train the Trainer, Day in Light, documenting Standard Operational Procedures, How-To documents building knowledge base that users can lean on.
